When booking your ticket, the following will apply:

1. The doors will open 30 minutes prior to the starting time. You will be expected to scan your own tickets upon entry. Please print your tickets at home or email and request a box office collection. We will not be selling tickets on the door and is for advance bookings only.

2. There is a very restricted audience. All seats are general admission and our Front of House team will guide you to your seats. Follow all one way routes and signage. Cleaning materials will be provided and the auditorium will be cleaned between showings. 

3. We reserve the right to hold your details on your booking for up to 28 days after your showing for Track and Trace purposes. Do not come to the theatre if you are experiencing any symptoms of Coronavirus or have come into contact with anyone who has for at least 14 days. All other terms and conditions apply. If you are experiencing symptoms, please contact and inform us whether you plan to attend and hold a ticket or after your showing.
